Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro). If you're not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within the eligibility window below.
How to request a refund
Contact us at support@autoreport.to with your account email and a short note on why. No forms, no hurdles.
Timeline
Refunds for the first payment of a new subscription are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial charge. After that, or for renewals, we may offer prorated refunds at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
