Data we collect

We collect information you provide when you sign up (email, name), authentication data via our identity provider, and data from connected services (GitHub, Stripe, Slack, and any other integration you authorize) that is needed to generate your reports. We also collect usage data and standard log data (IP address, user agent).

How we use your data

We use your data to provide, operate, and improve AutoReport; to send you reports and notifications you configure; to respond to support requests; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and your data is never used to train third-party AI models.

Third-party services

We rely on sub-processors (hosting, email, AI inference). The list is maintained in our internal register and available on request. You can also review the data-residency and compliance posture on our security page.

Cookies

We use cookies strictly for authentication, session management and product analytics. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required to sign in.

Retention & security

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Delivered report content is retained for 30 days in run logs, then purged. We implement technical and organizational safeguards including encryption at rest and in transit, least-privilege access, and audit logging.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise these from the dashboard or by emailing us at privacy@autoreport.to.
